USES

  • Concrete and wood repairs and patching.
  • Leveling low spots in the concrete and patching cracks and seams for the wood structures.
  • Excellent coving material.
  • Adhesive for Tiles, mosaics and other materials.
  • SURFACE PREPARATION

    CONCRETE
Concrete should be free from oil, grease, and loose paint. Concrete should be sealed, blast tracked or scarified.

    STEEL
Sand blasted to white metal with a profile. Conventional grinding with carbide is acceptable.

    WOOD
Scrape or wire brush to remove all paint and debris. Sand the surface with medium or coarse weight sanding paper (Silicon Carbide or Aluminum). Brush off all wood dust.

Plastic or Polyester Resin Gel Coat: Scrape off all paint and debris. Sand with sandpaper. Brush off dust.

    MIXING

After mixing, immediately apply Poly Bond-364 onto steel, wood or concrete. It can be applied from featheredge all the way to one-inch thickness without any sag. For big hole repairs, one part of sand to one part mixed epoxy can be blended together and then spread with a trowel. It is excellent for overhead and vertical patching.
